How the Days Fly! ~

I’m ashamed to see that I haven’t posted a blog post here since October! Three months ago! But it was a busy time.

I was busy finishing up book 2 in my mystery series, Payback is Murder. And I’m pleased to say that it will be published this Tuesday, January 21. It will be available on Amazon both in ebook and print. And it won’t be long before I’m ready to begin working on book 3.

I’ve also gotten quite a lot of knitting done. I had mentioned here last summer that I was working on Christmas stockings for my grandson and his wife in England. I finished them and they loved them!

I’ve also knitted three baby sweaters and hats for my coming first great-grandchild, due in March. And it’s a girl! She will be here before we know it and it’s such an exciting time! I’ll post the photos of the knitted items after Julien and Roisin receive them. I mailed them off to England last week.

And then, of course, we had the holidays. Ours were very nice. I did lots of cooking and baking which I feel always makes Christmas a bit special. I hope you also had a lovely Christmas and I wish you all the best in this new year. 2025! I find that difficult to comprehend. Wasn’t it just yesterday we were counting down to the new Millenium?

I’m hoping to be a bit better about posting here more often. I still have lots of this and that things to share with you. So I hope you’ve signed up to receive an email update when I’ve done a new post.
