The Wedding Day ~ Part II

The bride’s parents welcomed all of us to the wedding, followed by memories about their daughter. The last video is Julien and Roisin having their First Dance as a married couple.

All of the wedding was extremely meaningful, beautiful and emotional. A lot of things stood out to me but a few in particular were………

The sincere and genuine way that Julien has been welcomed into Roisin’s entire family. The deep love between Julien and Roisin is obvious to see and proves they were meant for each other. It truly was serendipity the night they met. And I’m so very fortunate to have such a kind and loving new granddaughter.

I was impressed and delighted with their diverse and large circle of wonderful friends who came from near and very far to attend their wedding. These young people were also very friendly and sociable to both Bill and I.

Always one who has marched to the tune of a different drummer and not a follower, I was also impressed with how Julien and Roisin worked so very hard over this past year to design every aspect of their wedding specifically for them, making all of it extremely personal. From the venue, to the vows, to the music, they accomplished what they wished for a year ago. They are indeed a very special couple and I’m so proud of both of them.
